𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, and this 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the student leaders of 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. officially embarked on a meaningful journey through 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗢.𝗡.𝗕.𝗢.𝗔.𝗥.𝗗. — 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀.

The program started with the 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 facilitated by the 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲,, followed by the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 led by the 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. An 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was delivered by 𝗝𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘀, 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿, while the 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was prepared by the 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. The participants were warmly welcomed by 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦. 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻 followed by an 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝘆 𝗣. 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼, 𝗩𝗣𝗔𝗔, who reminded everyone about the true essence of leadership and service.

To formally introduce the objectives of the event, 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗲 𝗠. 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻, 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, presented the overview of the program. Afterwards, 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗦. 𝗜𝘀𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗦𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, introduced the guest speaker for the first seminar session entitled “𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲.” and for the second seminar proper focusing on strategic planning with the theme “𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.”
Participants were then given the opportunity to express their insights during the open forum, followed by the awarding of certificates facilitated by the organizers and a reflection activity led by the facilitators.

The 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 continued with 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 from the 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰
