PRODUCT HISTORY

SPECIAL CASSAVA CAKE was a legendary family-owned recipe. Originally started in Marikina City during around year 2002. Ever since, the product was homemade and was originally known as SUSAN'S SPECIAL CASSAVA CAKE. It was well-known in the area and was able to be brought to other places in Luzon and even abroad such as Japan and US. It was perfect for pasalubong and dessert on any occasion.
On year 2009, the production stopped due to family circumstances. But by year 2019, the product was reborn and was distributed on some parts of Western Visayas which is now known as PATZ KITCHEN SPECIAL CASSAVA CAKE.
