VILLA CONCEPCION HIGH SCHOOL ROGUS EXT. CONDUCTS ORIENTATION FOR GRADE 7 AND TRANSFEREES
Villa Concepcion High School Rogus Ext. successfully conducted its Orientation Program for Grade 7 learners and transferees today, June 10, 2026, at the 2nd Floor of the New Building.
The orientation aimed to formally welcome the new learners and provide them with essential information about school rules, regulations, academic programs, classroom expectations, and student responsibilities. It also served as an opportunity for students to become familiar with the school environment and the services available to support their academic journey.
During the orientation proper, Sir Robin C. Reyes discussed the Student Handbook, while Ma'am Nympha P. C**o presented the Learners’ Rights and Responsibilities (LRP). Additional reminders were also given by Sir Dexter Castriciones to guide students on proper behavior and school expectations. An open forum facilitated by Mam Rogelyn S. Batilo allowed students to raise questions and clarifications regarding school rules and concerns.
The message of the School Head, Sir Omar F. Antalan, was delivered through Sir Jomar F. Fabro as his representative, emphasizing the importance of discipline, cooperation, and active participation as learners begin their school journey.
The activity concluded successfully, marking a positive and organized start for the incoming Grade 7 students and transferees of Villa Concepcion High School Rogus Ext.
The orientation aimed to warmly welcome the learners and clearly explain the do’s and don’ts inside and outside the school to ensure proper guidance, discipline, and a safe learning environment for everyone.

Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext. Marks Formal Opening of Academic Year 2026-2027
Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext. formally opened the Academic Year 2026-2027 with a meaningful and well-coordinated program aimed at ensuring a smooth and organized start of classes for both learners and teachers.
The opening was led by the School Head, Sir Omar F. Antalan, who emphasized the importance of discipline, readiness, and commitment to quality education as the school embarks on another productive year.
As part of the preparations, the school was also visited and monitored by representatives from the Schools Division of Cauayan City to assess the readiness of the institution. The monitoring team included Sir Nathaniel P. Carbonel (AO V), Ma'am Gemma V. Bala (EPS English), Ma'am Joyce Ann A. Antalan (PDO I), and other division personnel who provided guidance and support for school improvement and compliance with standards.
During the day 1 of opening block, the advisers conducted a series of essential activities for learners, which included orientation, student profiling, cascading of the Anti-Bullying Policy, and initial academic assessment through oral and written evaluations.
The activity aimed to establish a safe, inclusive, and academically prepared learning environment as students begin the new school year.
Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext. continues to uphold its commitment to delivering quality education and fostering holistic development among learners for Academic Year 2026-2027.

Brigada Eskwela 2026–2027 Kicks Off at Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext.
Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext. officially opened its Brigada Eskwela 2026–2027 today with strong participation from parents, stakeholders, and school personnel, highlighting the spirit of bayanihan and community collaboration.
The opening program was attended by various stakeholders who showed support for the school’s preparations for the upcoming academic year. Parents actively took part in the clean-up and improvement activities, working hand in hand to ensure that classrooms and school facilities are safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
In his message, Sir Omar F. Antalan, the School Head, expressed his gratitude to all parents, volunteers, and stakeholders for their continuous support and active participation in the Brigada Eskwela initiative. He emphasized that the success of the program is a reflection of strong community partnership and shared responsibility in nurturing learners.
Messages of support were also delivered by the SPTA President, highlighting the importance of unity and cooperation in achieving a better learning environment for students.
A message was likewise delivered by Hon. Faustino Gapasin Sr., duly represented by Hon. Dante Soriano, who expressed strong support for the school’s initiatives and encouraged continued collaboration among stakeholders for the benefit of the learners.
A significant highlight of the event was the ceremonial signing of the Pledge of Commitment, where stakeholders formally expressed their dedication to support the school’s Brigada Eskwela initiatives and uphold continuous cooperation for the improvement of the learning environment.
The event also featured an agreement among stakeholders, reinforcing their shared commitment to support school improvement efforts not only during Brigada Eskwela but throughout the entire school year.
The successful opening of Brigada Eskwela at Villa Concepcion High School – Rogus Ext. marks the beginning of another year of teamwork, dedication, and community spirit aimed at providing quality education in a safe and well-prepared learning environment.
