More swimming, diving, and a few techniques that were definitely harder than they looked. Slowly learning that rescue training is just as much about discipline as it is skill. This day taught us that growth begins beyond the training and beyond the fear. 🌊🩹

𝙍𝙀𝙎𝘾𝙐𝙀 𝙏𝙀𝙀𝙉𝙎 𝘿𝘼𝙔 3 🌊

Today was all about swimming lessons, endurance, and trying not to panic halfway through. Exhausting, but definitely one of the most fun trainings so far. Learning to stay afloat, both in training and under pressure. 🏊🏻‍♀️⛑️

RESCUE TEENS DAY 2 ⛑️🩹

More lessons, more hands-on training, and wayyyyy too many T-bandages. Definitely learning that rescue work takes patience, teamwork, and knowing what to do under pressure. It's truly worth the work and the lectures.

Today, we celebrate World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day — a reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can make a big difference.

To all the volunteers who continue to help, serve, and save lives without asking for anything in return, thank you for being a symbol of hope and humanity.

May we always choose compassion, extend a hand when we can, and continue spreading kindness in a vast world that needs it the most. ⛑️🫂
