Good Friday is a quiet reminder of a love so deep and selfless that it chose to endure pain, suffering, and sacrifice without turning away, not out of obligation but out of genuine love for others. It’s not just about what happened, but what it means—that real love is patient, enduring, and willing to give even when it hurts, even when it’s unreturned, even when it costs everything. In a world where it’s easy to walk away, today reminds me that true love stays, carries, and continues despite the weight, and because of that, we’re given a reason to reflect, to be grateful, and to live with even a fraction of that same kind of love in our own lives.

The cross wasn’t what was heavy — it was the burden of carrying sins He never committed.

We have officially completed our 3-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗶𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, and what a journey it has been, from learning the basics to applying our skills during the RESCUE-OLYMPICS on Day 3.

It was never just about competing, but about learning, growing, and being prepared to help others when it matters most. Every scenario, every drill, and every challenge taught us the value of teamwork, presence of mind, and compassion.

In a world where preparedness and quick response can save lives, SDRRMC plays a vital role in promoting safety, awareness, and resilience within our school community. As an officer, you will not only lead but also become a role model in ensuring that every student is informed, prepared, and ready in times of emergencies and disasters.🦺⛑️

Successfully completed the 2𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒂𝒚 of the Standard First Aid Training, where we learned essential techniques such as triangular bandaging, proper carrying methods, and splinting. 🚨

Grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, practicing, and growing alongside individuals who share the same commitment to safety and care. Let’s keep spreading awareness and encouraging more people to get trained—because preparedness is power, and every second counts. 🦺

A successful start for our 𝘾𝘾𝙉𝙃𝙎 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈𝘾 as we wrapped up Day 1 of the 3-Day 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝘼𝙞𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜! 🦺

Day 1 was filled with learning—exploring the different types of wounds, proper first aid responses, and essential techniques needed during emergencies. 🚨 Every discussion and activity helped deepen our understanding and build our confidence in handling real-life situations.

This is just the beginning of our journey towards becoming more prepared and responsible responders. We continue to learn, grow, and serve. ⛑️

“Duck, Cover, and Hold!” isn’t just a line—it’s a habit we continue to strengthen. 🗣️

Today’s drill reminded us that preparedness starts with awareness and grows through action. From students to teachers, everyone showed unity, discipline, and presence of mind in responding to possible emergencies. 💪

Each second we practice, we sharpen our ability to stay calm and act fast when it matters most. This is more than compliance—it’s our shared responsibility to protect lives and build a safer school community. 🌍✨
