ATM: DAREA Election 2025

First EXECOM meeting with DAR-Isabela PARPO II Atty. Raul C. Laluan.

DAREA Isabela Chapter welcomes Atty. Raul C. Laluan as the new Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) of DAR-Isabela. Atty. Laluan was once the PARPO II of the provinces of La Union, Pangasinan and Ifugao. He was the OIC-Asst. Regional Director for Operations (OIC-ARDO) of DAR Region 2 before he was assigned as PARPO II of DAR Isabela. He replaced former PARPO II Jess Beth G. Quidasol who was recently promoted to Director III. Director III JB will now be serving as Asst. Regional Director for Operations (ARDO), the position formerly held by PARPO Laluan.

Today, the DAREA Isabela Chapter celebrates not just a promotion but a legacy of leadership and excellence. Congratulations to Mam Jess Beth G. Quidasol on her new role as Director III of DAR Region 2.

Her time with us as PARO II of DAR Isabela marked by dedication, passion, and genuine care for the employees she leads. She has set the bar high and has left a lasting impact on all of us members of DAREA Isabela Chapter.
