QUARTERFINALS: THE ROAD TO GLORY
The elimination round is over. The standings are final. Eight teams remain, but only four will advance to the semifinals.
No room for complacency. No room for mistakes. The battle begins!

โ๏ธ QUARTERFINAL 1
#1 MAGSAYSAY GLADIATORS ๐ #4 BALAYBAY HARVESTERS
6-0 vs. 3-3
The undefeated Magsaysay Gladiators enter the quarterfinals with a perfect 6-0 record and the twice-to-beat advantage as the #1 seed in Bracket A.
A quarterfinalist last season, Magsaysay is looking to go even further this year.
But standing across them are the Balaybay Harvesters, who have completed an impressive turnaround. After being eliminated in the first round last season, Balaybay returns to the quarterfinals with a 3-3 record.
๐ฅ Magsaysay has the advantage. Balaybay has nothing to lose.
Can the Harvesters pull off the upset, or will the Gladiators continue their perfect run?

โ๏ธ QUARTERFINAL 2
#1 SAN PABLO KNIGHTS ๐ #4 STA. MARIA FALCONS
6-0 vs. โ 3-3
The San Pablo Knights are another undefeated force, finishing the elimination round with a perfect 6-0 record.
As the #1 seed in Bracket B, the Knights enter with the twice-to-beat advantage, giving them a valuable cushion in the quarterfinals.
After finishing as finalists last season, San Pablo is back with one goal: finish the job.
But the Sta. Maria Falcons, a quarterfinalist last season, are ready to challenge the powerhouse Knights and create an upset of their own.
๐ฅ An undefeated team with an advantage meets a team fighting to keep its season alive.
Will San Pablo continue its dominant run, or can Sta. Maria deliver the upset?

โ๏ธ QUARTERFINAL 3
#2 SAN JOSE WARRIORS ๐ #3 NAGBUNGA CONQUERORS
5-1 vs. 4-2
A battle between two teams with semifinal experience.
The San Jose Warriors finished 5-1 and earned the #2 seed in Bracket A, giving them the twice-to-beat advantage.
After reaching the semifinals last season, the Warriors are once again knocking on the door of the next round.
But the Nagbunga Conquerors are no strangers to the pressure either. Also a semifinalist last season, Nagbunga finished this season with a strong 4-2 record.
๐ฅ Experience vs. experience. Strength vs. strength.
The Warriors have the advantageโbut the Conquerors only need one win to put San Jose in a do-or-die situation.
One game could change everything.
โ๏ธ QUARTERFINAL 4
#2 DEL PILAR GENERALS ๐ #3 SAN NICOLAS WARLORDS
5-1 vs. 3-3
The defending champions are back.
The Del Pilar Generals finished the elimination round with a 5-1 record, earning the #2 seed in Bracket B and, with it, the twice-to-beat advantage.
After capturing the championship last season, the Generals are once again on the hunt for another deep playoff run.
But the San Nicolas Warlords are coming in with something to prove.
After being eliminated in the first round last season, the Warlords have battled their way back to the quarterfinals with a 3-3 record.
๐ฅ The defending champions vs. a team seeking redemption.
Del Pilar has the twice-to-beat advantageโbut San Nicolas only needs one victory to turn this series into a do-or-die battle for the Generals.

๐ THE QUARTERFINALS ARE HERE! ๐
4 matchups. 8 teams. 4 tickets to the semifinals.
The #1 and #2 seeds have the twice-to-beat advantage.
But remember:
An advantage is not a guarantee.
The lower seeds have one chance to make a statement. The higher seeds have one chance to prove why they earned their position.
๐ฅ Upsets. Comebacks. Redemption. Championship dreams.
Everything is on the line.
WHO WILL SURVIVE THE QUARTERFINAL BATTLE?

DILG, isinusulong ang Digitalization sa mga Barangay Through Nationwide LGUSS-BIMS Adoption
In a major push to accelerate digital transformation at the grassroots level, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) has mandated the nationwide adoption of the Local Government Unit Support System โ Barangay Information Management System (LGUSS-BIMS).
Through a Memorandum Circular, the DILG now requires all barangays to adopt and operate the BIMS, a web-based platform that enables the systematic recording, updating, and management of critical barangay data. These include resident profiles, barangay properties, financial transactions, ordinances, and disaster response information.
Composed of 11 interconnected sub-systems, LGUSS-BIMS enables real-time monitoring, reporting, and data sharing between barangays and higher-level local government units (LGUs). The system is designed to standardize data management across barangays while improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the digitalization of barangay records and services.
The initiative forms part of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.โs broader directive to digitize government services across all agencies and LGUs to ensure faster, more responsive, and citizen-centered public service through strengthened frontline and back-end operations.
Beyond administrative functions, the system also supports evidence-based governance by enabling barangays to utilize system-generated data for development planning, budget preparation, peace and order programs, and disaster risk reduction initiatives.
As of the latest DILG report, 9,774 out of 42,011 barangays, or 23 percent, are actively using the system, while 14,008 barangays, or 33 percent, have already undergone orientation on the use of BIMS.
The DILG assured the public that data privacy and security remain a top priority. Access to barangay websites under the system is limited and strictly complies with the Data Privacy Act, particularly given the sensitive nature of the information being handled.
With the implementation guidelines now in place, the DILG expects increased adoption of LGUSS-BIMS nationwide, marking a significant step toward more transparent, efficient, and data-driven barangay administration across the country.
