Raisin Bread is another version of a Cinnamon Bread. Sweet rolls have been produced even during the ancient times. The sour-sweet, tangy flavor of raisins complements the aroma and taste of the spice. Cinnamon was considered as a symbolic smell of Christmas.
Since Christmas is just around the corner, we are putting this bread on SALE until December 31, 2021.

My version of Cinnamon swirl bread was inspired by the Swedish Cinnamon bread which can be shaped into bun or roll it into a log or loaf. This sweet dough is filled with gooey cinnamon filling. Cinnamon roll takes the name of kanelbulle (literally: “cinnamon bun”),
Babka is a sweet dessert with Jewish roots. Somewhere between bread and cake, its name comes from “babcia,” a Slavic term of endearment for “grandmother.”
