LGU Capas prioritizes effective local governance to better serve its constituents. Mayor Roseller B. Rodriguez, Vice-Mayor Alex Espinosa, and members of the Sangguniang Bayan warmly welcomed the Regional Assessment Team (RAT) for the LGU of Capas. The RAT consisted of PD Armi V. Bactad, CESO V -DILG Tarlac Province, LGOO VII Danilo C. Rillera- Cluster Team Leader, DILG Tarlac Cluster 1, LGOO V Camille N. Transfiguracion, MES Chief, DILG Tarlac, and representatives from CSO.

In-depth interviews for each indicator and site inspections were conducted by the assessment team. Thorough inspection of all documents pertaining to each governance area was carried out, including:

1. Financial Administration
2. Disaster Preparedness
3. Social Protection and Sensitivity
4. Health Compliance and Responsiveness
5. Sustainable Education
6. Business-friendliness and Competitiveness
7. Safety, Peace, and Order
8. Environmental Management
9. Tourism, Heritage Development, and Culture and the Arts
10. Youth Development

At the conclusion of the exit conference, the Regional Assessment Team (RAT) shared their initial evaluation, stating that the LGU of Capas satisfactorily met all the requirements and diligently presented all the essential documentation.
