Validation for BARCO Road Clearing | April 15, 2025

The Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BARCO) validation was successfully conducted today, April 15, 2025, at Patpata Segundo, Candon City, Ilocos Sur. The activity was led by DILG CLGOO Chairman Manny Dumagpi, with the presence and support of representatives from PNP Candon City, BFP Candon, Puso ng Kababaihan, and the City Mayor’s Office.

Also in attendance were the dedicated Barangay Officials of Patpata Segundo, headed by Brgy. Captain Junar T. Valdez, working together to ensure safe, accessible, and obstruction-free roads for the community.

📌 2nd Monthly Session of the Barangay Council today December 14, 2025.

The Barangay Council of Patpata Segundo, Candon City, Ilocos Sur convened for its 2nd Monthly Session, focusing on the planning and discussion of upcoming December activities and projects. All members of the Barangay Council were present.

Christmas season is a season of giving.🫶

We would like to thank our City Vice Mayor Kristelle Singson for the early gifts she provided to the Barangay Officials, SK Officials, BNS, BHWs, Barangay Tanods, and TODA.

We would also like to thank the City Vice Mayor’s staff for their time and effort in distributing these gifts. The gifts were received by Barangay Captain Junar T.
