With deep sorrow, we honor the life and legacy of Ernesto V. Fabro, Brgy. Kagawad of Patpata Segundo, Candon City, Ilocos Sur.

His dedication, humility, and unwavering service to the community will always be remembered. Though he may no longer be with us, the lives he touched and the kindness he shared will remain in our hearts forever.

May God grant him eternal peace and comfort to all who mourn his passing. Rest in peace, Kagawad Ernesto V. Fabro. 🕊️🤍

As I officially end my journey as Barangay Treasurer from 2013 to 2026, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who trusted and supported me throughout the years.
Serving our barangay has been both an honor and a privilege. Thank you for the confidence, respect, and opportunity you gave me to serve our community for more than a decade. The experiences, challenges, and memories I gained during my term will always remain close to my heart.
To all the officials, staff, and constituents I worked with, thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and kindness. I sincerely appreciate all the trust you placed in me.
As I sign off from this position, I carry with me gratitude and pride for having been part of our barangay’s journey and progress.

Validation for BARCO Road Clearing | April 15, 2025

The Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BARCO) validation was successfully conducted today, April 15, 2025, at Patpata Segundo, Candon City, Ilocos Sur. The activity was led by DILG CLGOO Chairman Manny Dumagpi, with the presence and support of representatives from PNP Candon City, BFP Candon, Puso ng Kababaihan, and the City Mayor’s Office.

Also in attendance were the dedicated Barangay Officials of Patpata Segundo, headed by Brgy. Captain Junar T. Valdez, working together to ensure safe, accessible, and obstruction-free roads for the community.
