We realized that a lot can change the outcome of our cookies (temperature, baking pan, parchment paper, chocolates, etc.)

After many attempts, we finally knew the right things to use. We lastly tested three batches of cookie dough. Same recipe, just different techniques.

Well, guess what? Brown butter plus 24-hour rest time of cookie dough has the best texture, look, and taste for us!
