Ang katotohanan? Most regular teachers are struggling and overwhelmed because we lack the specialized training to handle diverse needs.

Hindi lang ito base sa nararamdaman natin, this has real data talaga. According to EDCOM II, 75% ng learners with disabilities ay naka-mainstream sa regular classrooms. We love the kids but we lack the tools to guide them properly.

Sana sa INSET ng Term 1, 'yan ang gawin nating priority.

Give us actionable strategies, hindi lang repetitive theories na binabasa sa PowerPoint.

But this is only a temporary solution, it's important that we still hire more SNED teachers. We should also hire Shadow teachers who will work with regular teachers.
