🚨 INCIDENT RESPONSE UPDATE 🚨
At 11:18 AM, the Bravo Rescue Team was dispatched to a reported motorcycle collision in Brgy. Binolusan Pequeño.
Three victims were initially loaded onto a local passenger motorcycle (habal-habal) by bystanders to be brought to the hospital. Our rescue ambulance successfully intercepted the transport in Brgy. Alibunan to immediately provide professional medical care.
Our emergency medical team treated three individuals at the scene:
Victim 1 (25-year-old male driver): Sustained lacerations on his left foot and left knee. EMS responders immediately administered first aid.
Victim 2 (23-year-old female passenger): Suffered a laceration on her left foot. The team controlled the active bleeding and applied proper bandaging.
Victim 3 (33-year-old male driver of the opposing motorcycle): Sustained minor abrasions on his neck and complained of severe back pain. First aid was administered on-site.
All three patients were safely transferred into the ambulance, where they received a thorough secondary assessment while en route. They were successfully transported to DRSPSMDH for comprehensive medical evaluation and proper treatment.
We commend the Bravo Rescue Team for their swift coordination and the community members who assisted. To all motorists, please drive safely and stay vigilant on the road.

*10:34 PM* - Team arrived at the patient's location and assessed a 79 y/o female patient with hypertension (ginahapo kg nabudlayan mag ginhawa)
*Patient vital signs were checked as follows*:
Blood Pressure:130/90
Body Temperature:36.1°C
Pulse Rate:115 bpm
Oxygen Saturation: 97%
*10:38 PM* - Patient was loaded in the ambulance in a stable position and transported.
*10:44 PM* - Patient was safely endorsed to the Doctor/Nurse on duty at Dr. Ricardo S. Provido Sr. Memorial District Hospital.
*10:51 PM* - Team returned to base.

Vehicular Accident 🚨🚑
*Motorcycle crash*
*9:20 PM* - Received a call via handheld radio from Mambiranan - 2 CSAR Team 3 was immediately dispatched to Brgy, Mambiranan, Calinog.
*9:30 PM* - Team arrived at the incident area and conducted a safety assessment.
*Patients*: A 36 y/o male suffering nose bleeding (galingin ang ulo)
*Treatment*: Standard first aid was administered by the Emergency
Medical Services (EMS) team.
*9:35 PM* - Patient was loaded into the ambulance and transported. A secondary assessment was performed en route.
*9:46 PM* - Patient was safely endorsed to the nurse on duty at the Emergency Room of Dr. Ricardo S. Provido Sr. Memorial District Hospital.
*9:54 PM* - Team returned to base.
