‎𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | The Northwest Samar State University – Institutional Supreme Student Council (ISSC) informs all students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders that pursuant to 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟮𝟲𝟭, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 in the Main and San Jorge Campuses.

‎This directive was issued in response to recent security concerns and aims to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of the entire NwSSU community.
‎
‎Effective immediately, the following protocols shall be observed:
‎
‎𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 "𝗡𝗼 𝗜𝗗, 𝗡𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆" 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 – All students, faculty, and administrative personnel must wear and present their valid NwSSU identification cards while inside the university premises.
‎
‎𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 – Security personnel shall conduct random inspections of bags, vehicles, and personal belongings at all entry points. Deadly weapons and other prohibited items are strictly not allowed inside the campus. Refusal to undergo inspection may result in denial of entry.

‎𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗴 – All visitors must present a valid government-issued ID, state their purpose of visit, and register at the gate before being issued a Visitor's Pass. Unverified visitors shall not be permitted to enter the campus.

‎𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀 – The Security Services Office shall intensify campus patrols, particularly in high-traffic areas, campus perimeters, and other strategic locations.

‎𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 – Academic and administrative buildings shall be secured immediately after scheduled evening classes and official activities.
‎
‎The University Administration likewise encourages all members of the NwSSU community to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious individuals, activities, or security concerns to the Security Services Office or the nearest security personnel.
‎
‎The ISSC enjoins everyone to cooperate with these measures as we collectively uphold a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for all.

The CCJS Collegiate Student Council urgently appeals for blood donors of 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 to help the mother of one of our students, who has been diagnosed with 𝐈𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚 and is in need of 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 (𝟑) 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 for transfusion.

Your donation can make a life-saving difference and bring hope to a family in need. We humbly ask for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time.

Today, we commemorate the historic declaration of Philippine Independence on June 12, 1898, led by the courageous Emilio Aguinaldo. This day serves as a reminder of the sacrifices, courage, and patriotism of our heroes who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.

As members of the College of Criminal Justice and Sciences community, let us honor their legacy by embracing the values of unity, integrity, resilience, and love for our country. May we continue to uphold the spirit of freedom through responsible citizenship, academic excellence, and service to our communities.

Let us celebrate this day with pride and gratitude, remembering that the freedom we cherish today was won through the bravery and sacrifices of those who came before us.

Congratulations and best wishes to all officers.

The event also marked the official turnover of the new CSC Adviser, Ma'am Jacquelyn Tapil, who accepted the responsibility of guiding and supporting the organization in its future endeavors. In recognition of their commitment, dedication, and valuable service, certificates were awarded to the CSC-CCJS Officers for Academic Year 2025–2026. The ceremony served not only as a celebration of achievements and leadership but also as a reminder of the importance of unity, responsibility, and continued service to the student body. May this transition inspire the new set of leaders to uphold the values of excellence, integrity, and commitment in serving the CCJS community.

Behind every successful event, every meeting attended, every project accomplished, and every student served were two individuals who chose to lead with heart even when the journey became exhausting. To 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙚, our 4th Curriculum Year Representative for Academic Year 2025–2026, and a proud 𝘊𝘶𝘮 𝘓𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘦, 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘦, indeed, your journey was a reflection of grace, resilience, and genuine dedication. While many saw your accomplishments, only a few truly witnessed the pressure, sleepless nights, deadlines, and sacrifices you endured just to fulfill your responsibilities both as a student and as a leader. Yet despite the exhaustion, you continued to show up, to serve, and to give your best for the students and the CCJS Community. Because of this, your leadership became more than just a position, it became an inspiration.

Likewise, to 𝙅𝙤𝙝𝙣 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙡, our Business Manager for Academic Year 2025–2026, former 3rd Curriculum Year Representative for Academic Year 2024–2025, and former President of the Student Action Force Organization (A.Y. 2023–2024), thank you for being the kind of leader every organization hopes to have, 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨, and 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮 whenever the council needed help.

Whether it meant running errands under the scorching heat of the sun, attending to urgent tasks, carrying responsibilities behind the scenes, or balancing organizational demands alongside your academic responsibilities, you never hesitated to show up and extend your hand. Even during exhausting days and overwhelming moments, you continued to serve with sincerity and dedication, asking for little recognition in return.

Many may only see the title you held, but those who worked alongside you witnessed the sacrifices, patience, and quiet efforts you consistently gave for the students and the CCJS Community. Through your willingness to help, your commitment to every task entrusted to you, and your genuine concern for the welfare of others, you became more than just an officer, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻.

And because of that, your impact will never simply fade with the end of your term. Instead, it will remain in the memories, gratitude, and lives of the people you have helped, empowered, and inspired throughout your journey as a student leader.

Indeed, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Rather, it is seen in the sacrifices made quietly, in the moments of choosing service over comfort, and in the willingness to continue despite challenges and exhaustion. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗻, because they became part of the legacy you now leave behind.
