QUALIFICATIONS:
--- The learner must have a final grade of 85% or higher in SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS, and ENGLISH and final grade of 83% and higher in other subjects.
--- Possessed GOOD MORAL CHARACTER and preferably in GOOD HEALTH and FIT to undergo vigorous academic program.

REQUIREMENTS:
--- Accomplished APPLICATION FORM
--- Report Card (SF 9)
--- Birth Certificate
--- Certificate of Good Moral

INTERVIEW AND QUALIFYING EXAM WILL BE ON JUNE 2 - 6, 2025 at Lucsuhin National High School.
