From the program flow to stage designs, every detail was crafted with care and commitment. 💚

A big acknowledgement to 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 for turning plans into reality and challenges into learning; for the effort, dedication, and support for each other. You all did a good job. You didn’t just organize an event, you created moments all of you and your participants will carry as future nurses.🩺

We wrapped up the seminar with 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 and the inspiring 𝘾𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 by Ma’am Maiza Bonquin, honoring the future lifelines of healthcare for stepping up, showing up, and leveling up! 🩺💚

Our 3𝙧𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, led by Ms. Jobhel Dalisay, explored the heart of "𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞: 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬" includes autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice.

Participants listened on the importance of fairness and compassion while making tough triage decisions, reminding every nurse that behind every tag and prioritization framework is a human life deserving of dignity and care.

To add excitement, Ms. Marian Rose Dizon facilitated the “𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐫” 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮, where each roll of the dice meant a chance to answer questions about ethical considerations in triage, combining learning with fun, teamwork, and quick thinking.

Guiding hearts and hands towards effective, patient-centered prioritization, Ms. Kim Cyrelle Ebero delivered our 2𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚, “𝐀 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞’𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”

From ABC assessments, to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, and essential prioritization frameworks, participants were immersed in practical, lifesaving strategies while uncovering the common pitfalls that can hinder effective prioritization in the clinical setting.

To translate theory into engaging practice, Ms. Laarni Hidalgo led the interactive 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮, “𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐬: 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐞?” The activity filled the room with laughter, energy, and determination as our future nurses continue to embrace the art of thinking fast and prioritizing smart.

Our 1𝙨𝙩 𝙇𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 led by Ms. Jammy Geronimo, “𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞,” equipped our participants with critical frameworks in triage, fast thinking, and lifesaving decision-making skills!

To bring learning into action, Mr. Justine Delos Santos facilitated the 𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 “𝐈𝐟 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞,” where participants analyzed real-life scenarios using color-coded tags to classify patients based on urgency.

Our participants actively engaged, showcasing their quick assessment skills, teamwork, and clinical judgment throughout the activity.

Last Friday, we kicked off our seminar with hearts full and spirits ready! 💚

We began with a 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧 that anchored us, 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙨 that inspired us, an 𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧 that filled the room with laughter. These preliminaries were more than just formalities because they set the tone for a day of learning, connection, and growth.
