Roofing Works: Laying of 10mm insulation material & multi-rib roofing sheet.

Masonry Works: Laying of chb & plastering.

Concrete Works: Pouring of concrete for
slab-on-fill.

Electrical Works: Installation of rough-ins for electrical lines.

Waterproofing Works: Application of necessary chemicals to ensure water tightness, including application of negative-side waterproofing.

Finishing Works: Application of skimcoat in preparation for painting.

Prior to concrete pouring of slab-on-grade or slab-on-fill, the following must be checked:

1. Formation Level (must be on its required level as per plan)

2. Area must be well-compacted. (using manual or machine compactor).

3. Ensure that the Polyethyelene sheet covers the entire area subject to concrete pouring (will serve as moisture barrier: nothing will pass through, in or out)

4. Check utility pipes/lines that must be laid prior to pouring.

5. Provision of the required reinforcing bars as per plan, & spacers for enough concrete cover.

6. Presence of Level indicators, could be string or rebar with tape, indicating the required thickness/level of concrete.
