Travel within NCR plus bubble still allowed.

PNP officer in charge Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar says tourism within "NCR Plus" bubble is allowed, for example going to Tagaytay from Metro Manila.

"Ang hindi lang pupuwede is for example lalabas ka ng bubble natin… Kung ikaw ay nasa Manila, pupunta ka sa Boracay, iyon ang magiging problema natin."
