Some may ask, “How are such schools to be established?” We are not a rich people, but if we pray in faith and let the Lord work in our behalf, He will open ways before us to establish small schools in retired places for the education of our youth, not only in the Scriptures and in book learning, but in many lines of manual labor.

PRAYER REQUEST: Deep impression by the Holy Spirit to all the brethren of Metro Calamba Seventh-Day Adventist Church to support the school in any means possible. May we maximize the school as a venue for introducing Christ.

In planning for the education of their children outside the home, parents should realize that it is no longer safe to send them to the public school, and should endeavor to send them to schools where they will obtain an education based on a Scriptural foundation. Upon every Christian parent there rests the solemn obligation of giving to his children an education that will lead them to gain a knowledge of the Lord and to become partakers of the divine nature through obedience to God’s will and way. PRAYER REQUEST:
May the power of the Holy Spirit be at work to children and youth not studying in Adventist schools. May they resist the worldly influence and teachings. May they always choose to obey God rather than men.

Love and loyalty to Christ are the spring of all true service. In the heart touched by His love, there is begotten a desire to work for Him. Let this desire be encouraged and rightly guided. Whether in the home, the neighborhood, or the school, the presence of the poor, the afflicted, the ignorant, or the unfortunate should be regarded, not as a misfortune, but as affording precious opportunity for service. God does not expect the hyssop to attain the proportions of the cedar, or the olive the height of the stately palm. But each should aim just as high as the union of human with divine power makes it possible for him to reach…

PRAYER REQUEST:
Help us raise students who are loving, God-fearing and kind. Use CAES as a venue to develop a thinking mind, a practical helper and a loving and lovable heart.

True education does not ignore the value of scientific knowledge or literary acquirements; but above information it values power; above power, goodness; above intellectual acquirements, character. The world does not so much need men of great intellect as of noble character. It needs men in whom ability is controlled by steadfast principle.

Pray for the students of CAES & Adventist Institutions to develop the love for learning and character building. May the parents, teachers and church brethren be role models of character that reflects Jesus.
