Anchored on the theme “𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐎: 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞-𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬" YLEA 2026 celebrates the achievements of youth leaders who embody the values of excellence, compassion, and civic responsibility.

Bilang mga kabataang lider at aktibong mamamayan, nawa’y patuloy nating gamitin ang ating kalayaan upang maglingkod nang may integridad, mamuno nang may layunin, at maging instrumento ng positibong pagbabago sa ating mga komunidad.

Sa diwa ng kalayaan, sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang pagbuo ng isang mas maunlad, makatarungan, at matatag na kinabukasan para sa bawat Pilipino.
