Woke up early to check on my little vegetable garden and it’s such a blessing to see the fresh leaves shining with morning dew. Watching these plants grow day by day reminds me that with patience, care, and consistency, beautiful things happen.

Arugula is also called "rocket," is an ancient Mediterranean green known for its peppery kick, once believed to be an aphrodisiac in Rome, mentioned in the Bible as "oroth," and used for medicinal oil in India. Its spicy flavor comes from its mustard family ties, making it pest-resistant, and it's packed with Vitamins A, C, K, calcium, and potassium, balancing sweet dishes while boosting heart and bone health.
