this top was actually so easy to make, beginner-friendly if you ask me 🫡 i went into it thinking i’d somehow overcomplicate things (as i always do), but it was surprisingly easy from start to finish 𓏲ּ𝄢

also the timing feels kinda perfect with summer coming up. it’s light, breathable, and exactly the kind of top i know i’ll keep reaching for on warm days, plus it’s no-sew, which automatically makes it 10x better 😮‍💨💫

Lately I've been really into earthy tones, so when Amy posted a tester call that was all about mixing colors, I knew I had to join! 🪴 Honestly not the biggest fan of sewing granny squares together so seeing that this top was a no-sew project made me fall in love right away (I actually do love sewing, just not joining grannies 😭)

It took me a while to settle on the shades, but these colors feel so worth it 🥹 Big thanks to Amy for trusting me with this pattern. I had such a fun time working on it! 💌

I made mine a little flowy to fit my body type and added ribbon to complete the look. Pretty sure this is my first time using this many colors for a top! I usually stick to just 1-2, so this was a really fun change. Plus, it turned out to be the perfect yarn scraps project and super easy to make too! ✨

I've been wanting to play around with deeper color schemes, and then I noticed the dried roses I've had in my room for months as a decor. Suddenly it clicked, why not make this set dried-rose inspired? 🥀 My last project was lily-inspired, so this feels like such a fun switch-up! 🌪️

It literally took me a whole week to decide on the colors, but these earthy tones were soo worth it 🥹 Big thanks to Bern for letting me jump back into pattern testing after avoiding it for months (blame my very short attention span 😮‍💨)

Lovee the super detailed instructions and how cute everything turns out! ✨ Everything's super easy to follow, plus there are endless ways to make the set your own. I’ve never been this motivated to finish a project in just a month, but this one had me hooked (literally) 🪡

it all started with a cute summer top i saw online and thought, "i could probably make that" one thing led to another, and suddenly i'm making a whole matching set?? 😭 lots of guesswork, trying it on, and hoping for the best. honestly still can’t believe it came together.

every time i see a pattern tester call, i spend way too long thinking about applying, but my brain just can't make any commitments 🥲 it's that weird feeling of wanting to do everything at once, but ending up doing nothing at all.

making this freehanded set helped me focus on one project at a time, just not 100%. i still got distracted by mini side quests here and there. it's like i'm a sim with low attention span, but somehow, she gets the job doneee 💫

Made this mesh top and finally wore it out by the lake. 🌀 I freehanded the whole thing in a day, just went with the flow without a pattern. It was one of those 'let’s see what happens' projects, and it actually turned out better than I expected. ✨

It’s crazy how something that started as a random idea turned into something I could actually wear. Just reminded me that taking your time and doing things at your own pace really does pay off 🍀🤍

I once dramatically swore I'd never make another granny square bag because the joining process tested every ounce of my patience, and I barely survived it. And now, I'm stuck again, this time with weaving in the endless ends. I put the whole thing in my drawer like a secret and let it rest in the shadows for far too long 😭

And guess what? The ends are still wild and undone, but she's ready to step into the light 🥹🩷

Isn’t it kinda iconic that I broke my hiatus in 2023 with the Maryposa bag… and now in 2025, I’m doing it again with the Caroline top. Full circle moment! 🤯

After years of waiting, I can finally show off the Princess Caroline top! It’s been months since I last posted here, and I’m really hoping to be more productive this year. I might take a break from making crocheted tops, but I’ll never pass up a chance to wear my babies out. Just like us, our beautiful crochet pieces deserve to go outside, breathe some fresh air, and avoid spiraling inside their yarn-filled little minds! 🤫
