Some leaders leave footprints; others leave a legacy that quietly shapes an organization long after they have gone.

As Dr. Ferdinand T. Glor concludes his assignment as Officer-in-Charge Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of SDO Calaca City, we express our heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated and selfless service. Working alongside the Schools Division Superintendent, he helped finalize the Division Education Development Plan (DEDP), strengthened strategic governance, championed merit- and fitness-based HRMPSB processes, advanced digital dashboards for responsive decision-making and technical assistance, and guided school leaders in promoting transparent, ethical, and accountable governance while supporting the implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum and the school calendar.

Beyond systems and policies, Dr. Glor inspired a culture of discipline, excellence, and teamwork, ensuring that every SDO Calaca delegation—from athletics and campus journalism to the Festival of Talents and ALS programs—carried not only the Division's banner but also its values.

His greatest contribution, however, lies not in the plans he completed but in the people he inspired. Through his quiet leadership, humility, and unwavering commitment to public service, he reminded us that true leadership is measured not by recognition, but by the lives we uplift and the institutions we leave stronger than we found them.
