Our rates are as follows:
Day rate 9AM to 5 PM (8hours)
12, 000 pesos good for 30 persons
Day rate 9AM to 9PM (12 hours)
16,000 pesos good for 30 persons
Inclusions:
Use of swimming pool and ground floor facilities.
Kitchen equipment and utensils are provided. Free Mineral Water. Free use of tables and chairs. Use of bedrooms not included. Additional 2,000 pesos for each bedroom.
Overnight rate 7PM to 7AM (next day) 12 hours
18,000 pesos maximum of 30 persons

Use of swimming pool, ground floor facilities and 2nd floor facilities included. Free use of kitchen equipment and utensils. Free mineral water. Free use of tables and chairs. Only 2 bedrooms available. 2nd floor hallway is used as additional sleeping area. Bedrooms and hallway are airconditioned.

24,000 pesos maximum of 30 persons
