🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

📌 About the Role

As a VA Cold Caller / Sales Agent, you will be provided with a script and proper guidance to help pre-qualify customers for insurance plans.

Responsibilities include:
• Calling potential customers from provided leads
• Following a structured script
• Screening and confirming eligibility
• Transferring qualified customers to licensed insurance agents

This is a remote outbound calling role that requires consistency, focus, and strong communication skills.

💰 Compensation & Incentives

Starting Rate: $5.00 CAD per hour

Performance-based rate increases:
✔ 3 SLA – $7.00 CAD per hour
✔ 4 SLA – $9.00 CAD per hour
✔ 5 SLA – $10.00 CAD per hour

🎯 Bonuses and commissions are available for agents who consistently achieve SLA 5 or higher within a two-week pay period.

📚 Training: One-day orientation/training session will be provided before starting.

💻 Equipment Requirements

• Computer with Windows 10 or Windows 11
• USB Headset
• Wired internet connection (Ethernet)
• Minimum 30 Mbps upload and download speed
