Dear Parents and Guardians,

Subject: Earthquake Drill and Safety Precautions

As part of our commitment to student safety, we would like to inform you of the upcoming earthquake drill at ECDC. Please see the details below:

What: Earthquake Orientation and Drill
When: October 15, 2025
Time: 7:30 AM (Preparatory, Grade I, III, & VI)
11:30 AM (Kindergarten, Grade II, IV, & V)
Where: ECDC
What to Bring: Hard hat & Emergency Go Bag

This activity aims to educate and prepare our students for unforeseen emergency situations. We respectfully request that each parent provides their child with a hard hat to be used during the drill. This precautionary measure will help us practice effective safety protocols and ensure that our students are equipped and protected in the unlikely event of an actual earthquake.

Your understanding and cooperation in prioritizing our children’s safety are deeply appreciated.

Please be advised that, for the time being, we will be giving assignments every Friday until we compensate for the days suspended.
Students will be given assignments that have been discussed in class to ensure clear guidance for their task.

Important Announcement!

In light of the recently missed classes, we will be holding make-up classes on Wednesdays, from September 24 to October 22.

Please take note of the adjusted make-up class durations:

●Preschool: 1 hour and 30 minutes
●Grades 1 to 3: 2 hours
●Grades 4 to 6: 3 hours

These make-up classes will help ensure that everyone stays on track with their learning. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to make up for the lost time.
