What started as a concept months ago has finally come to life. This modern industrial office space was designed with precision, progress, and purpose in mind — a balance of raw textures, clean lines, and warm tones that inspire productivity and collaboration.

Every corner reflects thoughtful details: glass partitions for openness, wood and metal accents for character, and strategic layouts to make the space not only beautiful but also functional.

Take a look at this stunning 425 sqm. vacation/retirement home, sitting in a strategic sloping lot facing to an Ocean view in Terrazas De Punta Fuego, Batangas. This project was meticulously designed to capture breathtaking ocean views. Originally conceptualized in 2022, this project is now nearing completion, showcasing a seamless blend of modern architecture within a Mediterranean-inspired community. Stay tuned for the final touches that will turn this house into an ultimate getaway – a home and resort in one!

This Luxury Modern House is a five-bedroom private residence in Manila built for a young bachelor to enjoy with his family and friends. The design aims to complement the existing site situation and surrounding landscape while providing a comfortable retreat amidst the bustle of the city.

The architecture emphasizes clean lines as it favors strong horizontal and vertical elements, standing out in rich contrast with the neighborhood. The inclusion of large, sleek windows and the use of textures and natural tones draw focus to its architectural elements. Applications of earthy and neutral tones blended together to the interior colour palette creates an intimate home ambiance as well.
