WHEN YOU GO TO BUY MEAT IN THE OPEN MARKET, OBSERVE IT WELL👀.

1️⃣ If flies are perching on the meat 🪰 – it shows the meat is fresh and natural. But the problem is that flies carry germs from dirty places. So, if you buy such meat, make sure you wash it well and cook it very well before eating.

2️⃣ If you see meat that flies refuse to perch on at all – be careful! 🚫 Some sellers rub or soak the meat in strong chemicals (like formalin) to keep it looking fresh and to chase flies away. These chemicals are dangerous for humans – they can damage your kidney, liver, and even cause cancer if eaten regularly.

✅ What to do:
• Always buy meat from a clean and trusted place.
• Wash your meat well with clean water (you can add salt or vinegar).
• Cook your meat properly boiling, frying, or roasting kills most germs.

🔑 Remember:
• Meat with flies = dirty but natural.
• Meat with no flies in an open market = suspicious and possibly dangerous.

Buy from a Local Farm 😉

Know what you’re buying. This picture has store beef(right), and farm beef(left). There is an obvious visible difference between the two but the differences don’t stop there!
1. You may notice the color difference in the picture. The store bought is pumped full of additives and preservatives, including propyl gallate, to protect against spoilage due to long term air exposure.
2. There isn’t a guarantee of where that beef came from, OR how many cows are in it.
Yes, it may have the USDA label on it but as long as that animal was packaged in the US, it can be called a Product of the USA.
And yes, the meat in the right package is not from one single cow, rather scraps from multiple cows.
3. The beef on the left is fresher, darker and is farm raised beef. It is filled with more nutrients & flavor. The ground is also from one cow and not just low quality scraps from multiple cows.
