Sourdough Bread Care Tips π
Just like you I donβt like how the bread dries up and gets hard after 3days. Thus, I was so happy to find a βhackβ on how to refresh it.
Just drench your sourdough bread in water and stick it in the oven for 10mins at 350F. But if you donβt have an oven, you can just use the stovetop. Place your drenched bread on a nonstick pan and cover for 10mins to steam it. π
