Ang Northern Mindanao dili apektado sa ITCZ apan makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag-um ngadto sa mapanganuron nga kalangitan inubanan sa patak-patak nga pag-ulan, kilat ug pagpanalugdug tungod sa Easterlies.

Ang Easterlies mao ang init nga hangin nga naga-gikan sa Pacific Ocean nga gadala ug panganud nga posibling makapa-ulan sa mga lugar nga apektado niini.

A mother of a 4-year-old baby girl went to the BDRRMC Tablon Rescue Team office to seek assistance because her child went missing while they were at the Primary Health Care Center in Purok-4 for a check-up.

The Tablon Rescue Team immediately accompanied the mother in searching for the child.
At approximately 4:36 PM, the missing child was found safely in Purok-3.

The child was immediately brought back to their residence at Zone 1, Estakahan, Agusan, in this City, accompanied by the Barangay Tanods and the Barangay Tablon Rescue Team on duty.

A pregnant patient in active labor was admitted to Tablon Health Center for assessment and management. During routine examination, the attending midwife attempted to monitor the fetal heart rate; however, no fetal heartbeat was detected.
Due to this finding, the midwife on duty proceeded to the BDRRMC office to request assistance for further confirmation.

The patient was then referred to Enlogada Clinic for additional evaluation. Upon examination at the clinic, the absence of fetal heartbeat was confirmed.

Following the confirmation, the midwife at Tablon Health Center decided to transport the patient to JRB Hospital for further medical management. The patient was prepared and transported with appropriate care for continued evaluation and treatment.

BDRRMC Tablon Rescue received a call from a netizen requesting assistance for a 52-year-old female, a resident of Purok 5.

The patient was reported to be experiencing muscle weakness, pallor, confusion, and unstable blood pressure.
The Tablon Rescue team advised the patient to seek immediate medical attention and recommended transport to the hospital for further evaluation and management.

However, the patient refused assistance and stated that she was feeling okay at that time and did not wish to be brought to the hospital.
The patient remained at her residence, and no transport was conducted.
