Theme: “Sustaining Responsive Filipino Social Workers Towards Inclusive Development”

ACTIVITY OVERVIEW
The activity is a yearly celebration in observance of Proclamation No. 1176 s of 2021 declaring June 19 of every year as “Filipino Social Workers’ Day”

It aims to provide a venue for Filipino social workers to recognize their contribution to nation-building and strengthening social work and to reaffirm their commitment to the promotion and advancement of social workers and social work as a profession.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Association of DSWD Social Workers, Incorporated (ADSWI) Field Office X Chapter Officers took oath before Regional Director Mari-Flor A. Dollaga during the Flag Raising Ceremony today, October 11, 2021.

ADSWI X President Ms. Glofelia J. Uayan together with the other twelve (12) officers, who were at present and via google meet, solemnly swore to abide and uphold the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association which primarily aims to strengthen the knowledge, attitude and skills of its members for professional advancement and effective social work practice.

The Association of DSWD Social Workers was reorganized last September 8, 2021, initiated by the interim officers in FO X. The association may also serve as a venue for information exchange that can be used as a tool or strategy in addressing other issues and concerns that affect the public servants.

Thank you everyone for attending our ADSWI Orientation cm Reorganization. With the full support of RD Flo Dollaga-Libang, and FO X Management, we have successfully conducted our ADSWI FO X Chapter reorganization. Indeed, mission accomplished.

Thanks to Sir Jesryl Cale and Ms. Jeizha Rae Rebuta for helping me in this activity. My gratitude also to Ms. Charmaine Suzette Leanore of CBU who facilitated the activity, and Ms. Emma Zayas of HR Welfare who facilitated the issuance of Regional Special Order of the attendees.
