My take: goes both ways, at ang pag-respeto sa oras ng iba, that is professionalism. Regardless if it is few minutes or few hours, kapag alam mo na hindi ka makakarating sa oras, magsabi ka.

During interviews, candidates scrutinize their future employers as well. How you treat applicants speak volumes sa kulturang meron kayo sa opisina. Kung hindi mo kayang i-communicate ang pagiging late, paano pa ang ibang mas complex na bagay? Ikaw na nga ang hindi dumating sa oras, ikaw pa nag call out na fragile yung aplikante. 😅

Oo, mahirap maghanap ng trabaho. Pero mas mahirap ma-hire at mag-stay sa toxic workplace. It burdens you. It changes you.
