His father was connected to Lee Cuan Construction Company for more than 2 decades His Father experience in actual field in construction environment was the most effective tools to understand the business. Then after his father retirement in the year 2003 Architect took over his place and continued the business. Aside from all of this he continued to explore the most innovative and latest technologies in the market that has been applied to his projects. The foundation he had was strong enough and further enhance with personal expertise in Design and Management through private practice in and out of the country. As he was fondly called, Arch. Coronel has been in the Design practice for 14 years. He has been involved in all aspects of building, interior design, landscape, from design conceptualization to rendering, production drawings and project management up to construction. His full spectrum was greatly fuelled by his passion to design and construct and make sure that every design is effectively realized. CGCoronel Design and Build was established by his father reputation in construction industry. IT continues to grow from the demand for its complete professional service and quality designs that are competitive with international standards. We offer design services, from conceptualization, production, construction, project management. We worked our way up, from draftsmen to consultants. We know every structure we design to the core. The Fider Residence is currently transitioning from its conceptual architectural phase into a physical reality.
This project, a collaboration with C.G. Coronel Design and Build, exemplifies the synergy between modern tropical aesthetics and rigorous structural engineering.
Engineering & Construction Highlights
Our current progress showcases the transition from high-fidelity 3D modeling to on-site masonry and formwork. Key technical aspects include:
Integrated Masonry: Completion of the primary load-bearing walls using high-density concrete blocks for superior insulation and strength.
Cantilevered Elements: Structural preparation for the signature "floating" balconies and deep eaves seen in the architectural renders.
Advanced Formwork: Meticulous scaffolding and bracing systems are currently in place to support the pouring of second-story slabs and reinforced concrete beams.
Design Fidelity: Strict adherence to the original C.G. Coronel blueprint, ensuring that the finished structure maintains the sleek, minimalist proportions of the initial vision.
