The campaign period for the PCB Elections is still ongoing, running from September 14-15 at PCB.
Candidates from IED-SBO, ICS-SBO, and SSC are continuously presenting their platforms and engaging with students to earn their support.

Isang makabuluhang araw para sa ating lahat bilang bahagi ng Institute of Computing Studies (ICS).
Sa nalalapit na ICS-SBO Election, nais naming ipakilala sa buong ICS Community ang mga estudyanteng naglakas-loob na tumakbo at mag-alay ng kanilang panahon, kakayahan, at serbisyo para sa kapwa mag-aaral.
Sila ang TECHLEAD β isang partidong binuo na may paniniwalang ang teknolohiya, pamumuno, pagkakaisa, at serbisyo ay maaaring magsilbing daan tungo sa isang mas aktibo, makabuluhan, at progresibong student community.
Ang TECHLEAD ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagkakaroon ng posisyon. Ito ay tungkol sa pagiging handang makinig, kumilos, makipagtulungan, at magsilbi. Naniniwala kami na ang isang tunay na lider ay hindi lamang nakikita sa harap ng mga tao, kundi higit na nasusukat sa kanyang kakayahang maging responsable, makatarungan, mapagkumbaba, at handang unahin ang kapakanan ng nakararami.

π» BAKIT TECHLEAD?
Ang TECHLEAD ay kumakatawan sa aming paniniwala na ang pagiging bahagi ng Computing Studies ay hindi lamang tungkol sa coding, programming, systems, technology, at academics.
Ito rin ay tungkol sa LEADERSHIP.
Ang teknolohiya ay patuloy na nagbabago sa mundo, ngunit ang pagbabago ay nangangailangan pa rin ng mga taong may integridad, malasakit, pananagutan, at tapang na manguna.
Kaya nais naming bumuo ng isang student government na:
πΉ TECHNOLOGY-DRIVEN β Gumagamit ng teknolohiya upang mapabuti ang komunikasyon, serbisyo, at mga programa ng student organization.
πΉ STUDENT-CENTERED β Inuuna ang boses, pangangailangan, welfare, at kapakanan ng mga estudyante.
πΉ TRANSPARENT β Naninindigan para sa malinaw at responsableng paggamit ng resources at sa bukas na komunikasyon.

πΉ SERVICE-ORIENTED β Ang leadership ay hindi privilege lamang; ito ay isang responsibilidad na kailangang gampanan nang may puso at malasakit.

π HINDI LANG POSISYON, KUNDI SERBISYO.
Ang bawat isa sa aming mga kandidato ay may kanya-kanyang personalidad, kakayahan, karanasan, at pananaw. Ngunit mayroon kaming iisang layunin β ang maging bahagi ng isang ICS-SBO na mas aktibo, mas bukas, mas organisado, mas makabago, at higit na nakatuon sa kapakanan ng mga estudyante.
Hindi namin ipinapangako na magiging perpekto ang lahat.
Ngunit ipinapangako namin ang aming kahandaang makinig, matuto, makipagtulungan, tumanggap ng puna, at kumilos para sa mga bagay na mahalaga sa ating komunidad.
Dahil ang tunay na leadership ay hindi nasusukat sa dami ng palakpak, likes, o boto.
Nasusukat ito sa serbisyong naibibigay, sa tiwalang napapanatili, at sa pagbabagong naiiwan pagkatapos ng termino.
π€ TECHLEAD believes that leadership is not about being above others β it is about standing with others.
Sa bawat BSIT, BSIS, BSCS, ACT, at sa bawat estudyante ng ICS, nais naming iparating:
May boses ka.
May halaga ang iyong opinyon.
May puwang ang iyong ideya.
At may lugar ka sa pagbabagong nais nating makamit.
Kaya sa darating na halalan, kilalanin ang mga kandidato, pakinggan ang kanilang mga plataporma, suriin ang kanilang mga kakayahan, at higit sa lahat, bumoto nang naaayon sa kung sino ang tunay ninyong pinagkakatiwalaan.
Ang halalan ay hindi lamang pagpili ng mga taong uupo sa posisyon.
Ito ay pagpili ng mga taong bibigyan natin ng pagkakataong magsilbi, manguna, at maging boses ng ICS Community.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
First Semester AY 2026-2027
All students are advised to carefully review the posted schedule and take note of their respective examination dates, time, subjects, and assigned examination rooms.
π IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Students are expected to:
Observe proper examination protocols and policies at all times.
Refrain from bringing or using unauthorized materials, electronic devices, or other items prohibited during the examination.
Immediately coordinate with your respective instructor or the ICS Office if there are concerns or discrepancies regarding your examination schedule.
Students are strongly encouraged to take their examinations seriously and demonstrate academic integrity, discipline, and responsibility throughout the examination period.
We encourage everyone to prepare early, manage your time wisely, and come to the examination prepared with all necessary documents and materials.

READ | The filing of candidacy for the PCB Supreme Student Council (SSC) and the Institute of Computing Studies and Institute of Education - Student Body Organization (ISBO) elections for the Academic Year 2026-2027 is NOW OPEN! All students from the Institute of Education and Institute of Computing Studies are welcome to be part of our vibrant community of student leaders! The election timeline takes place from August 28 to September 4, 2026. Available positions for each student organization are shown below (please see photos).
Qualification Guidelines:
β
Officially enrolled in PCB, carrying the regular academic load according to the prescribed curriculum or degree program (please provide a photocopy of your valid certificate of registration carrying a minimum of 15 units).
β
No incomplete, conditional, or failing grades throughout the stay in PCB (or previous schools if a transferee), with a minimum general average of 2.50 across all subjects at the time of filing the certificate of candidacy. (Not applicable for first year representative candidates).
β
Good moral character, supported by a certification issued by the PCB Guidance Office.
β
Candidates for the Supreme Student Council positions must have a MINIMUM of one-year residency in the institute/college. TAKE NOTE: Candidates in their first year can apply only for the first-year representative and program representative positions.
APPLICATION FOR CANDIDACY:
πStudents may run independently or through party-list groups.
πCandidates must run for only one position either in ISBO or SSC.
πObtain the application form from the Office of Student Affairs and Services then submit all required documents on or before September 1, 2026.
IMPORTANT DATES:
πFiling of Certificates of Candidacy: August 28, 2026
πCampaign Period: September 1-2, 2026
πVoting Period: September 3-4, 2026
πPronouncement of Winners: September 5, 2026
