𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | Following the morning flag-raising ceremony today, September 21, 2026, the newly elected Supreme Student Counsil (SSC) and Institutional Student Body Organization (ISBO) officers for Academic Year 2026-2027 were officially proclaimed to the student body.

Stepping straight into their roles, the newly minted student leaders paid a Courtesy Call on our College President, Dr. Mary Grace S. Manangan. During the meeting, Dr. Manangan shared inspiring words of guidance, emphasizing the values of integrity, collaborative governance, and dedicated student service.

All students listed are required to submit the following requirements for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 from today until September 24, 2026, at the MIS Office:

✅ Certificate of Registration (COR) for 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027, with CTC
✅ School ID
✅ Screenshot of Landbank (LBP) account number with account name – captured through the LBP mobile app
✅ Screenshot of ATM virtual card or physical card – captured through the LBP mobile app

Please ensure that all screenshots are clear and legible. Submit your complete requirements on or before the deadline set by the UniFast/Scholarship Coordinator, Sir Oscar Raquidan.

READ | The voting period for the SSC and ISBO Elections for the Academic Year 2026-2027 will run from September 16 to September 17, 2026. Your participation is crucial in choosing the leaders who will represent and serve the student body this year.

How to Vote?
1. Open the voting link and complete the Voter’s Information section.
2. Select Supreme Student Council (SSC) and accomplish the SSC Ballot.
3. After submitting the SSC ballot, you will be directed back to Section 1.
4. In Section 1, choose either the ICS–SBO or IEd–SBO section, depending on the department to which you officially belong. IEd students do not need to vote for ICS–SBO positions, and vice versa.
5. Accomplish the corresponding ballot, then finally submit a response.

Important Reminders‼️
- For Year-Level Representatives (1st Year, 2nd Year, 3rd Year, 4th Year), vote only if you belong to that year level.
- For Program Representatives (ACT, BSIT, BSCS, BSIS, BEED, BCAED, BECED), vote only if you are officially enrolled in that program.
- Only one vote per student is allowed. Do not attempt to submit multiple responses.
- Even if a position has only one candidate (unopposed), your vote still MATTERS. Casting your vote affirms your support and strengthens the legitimacy of the election results.

The SSC is the highest student leadership organization of the Polytechnic College of Botolan as it entirely represents the student body, promotes student welfare, and serves as a voice for all PCBians in the institution.

Get to know the student leader aspirants who are ready to serve, lead, and make a meaningful difference in the student community this new academic year. With or without opponents, we highly encourage everyone to learn about each aspirant and listen to their platforms.

These leaders are expected to rightfully serve with purpose while upholding the PCB iCARE Core Values, the values that every PCBian should embody.

In view of the continuous rainy weather experienced over the past days and the forecast of rainfall warnings, the Polytechnic College of Botolan recognizes the practical challenges students face in maintaining prescribed school uniforms during inclement weather. To ensure student comfort, safety, and well-being while upholding institutional standards, this Office, with the permission of higher authorities, hereby authorizes the temporary wearing of decent civilian attire among all PCBians, tomorrow, September 10, 2026 and until further notice. However, all students must continue to abide by the school’s policy on decent civilian attire as outlined in the student handbook.

This temporary arrangement shall be lifted once good weather resumes. Please be guided accordingly!

READ | TES & TDP GRANT RELEASE‼️

ATTENTION: All PCBians whose names appear on the posted list of grantees

The payout schedule for the TES (Tertiary Education Subsidy) and TDP (Tulong Dunong Program) grants is set on THURSDAY, September 10, 2026, 8:00 AM at the PCB Cultural Hall.

⚠️ PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CHECKMARK(S) NEXT TO YOUR NAME IN THE POSTED LIST. The number of checkmarks indicates how many grant components you are eligible to receive.

REQUIREMENTS (PER CHECKMARK):
Please prepare and bring:
✅ 3 photocopies of your school identification card with 3 specimen signatures each

Example: If your name has 2 checkmarks, you must bring 6 photocopies of your school ID with 3 specimen signatures each. This clearly requires 3 sets PER checkmark.

Please review the list carefully and prepare the exact number of documents based on your checkmarks. Failure to comply may delay or affect the release of your grant.
