The celebration highlighted more than a century of institutional growth, excellence, and unwavering service to the people.

The program opened with a heartfelt welcome message from Dr. Rene B. Regaspi, who reflected on the humble beginnings of PRMSU. He revisited the universityโ€™s rich history and proudly emphasized the innovative initiatives that have enabled the institution to grow and thrive into what it is today.

Following this, Dr. William Luzano, Dean of the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), and Sir Alex Villar, Dean of the College of Teacher Education (CTE), delivered their inspiring messages, encouraging students to pursue excellence and uphold the core values of the university.

A significant highlight of the event was the awarding of the Deanโ€™s Listers for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025โ€“2026. Students from the Environmental Science program, led by their Program Chairperson Dr. Rowena Sazon, were recognized for their outstanding academic performance. And, achievers from the College of Teacher Education (CTE) were honored, with Sir Alex Villar as their Program Chairperson.

In the afternoon, the celebration continued with Pasiklaban, where students showcased their talents, creativity, and school spirit. The program began with welcome remarks from Mr. Marl Joshua Uclaray, President of the SSG Botolan Campus, who energized the audience and set the tone for an exciting showcase.
