re ~ created a classic viennoiserie with personal touches of fresh coconut milk, muscovado and fermented sourdough levain;
now breakfast can be pleasurable, as if in a french café and good for the gut. 🤍👩🏽‍🍳

none of those commercial baker’s yeast, white sugar and milk with additives that ain’t so good for you.
these changes create a distinct depth of flavor too ~ its delicious.

coffee n’ croissants ~

So... it turns out, we have no idea how to be served. We both stumbled into the café, not expecting the door to be light, as it was being opened for us. Baristas had to insist that we take our seats and simply enjoy. The servers then gave us a warm smile, a glass of water and a menu; little ~ big things. Then we both ordered croissants bigger than our faces :)

nothing quite like the warm smell of cookies baking in the oven, as we sip tea in a cozy, rainy, afternoon. ☁️☕️🍪
