𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 I The Student-Athletes and Performers Scholarship Grant for SLSU–Bontoc Campus is now open for qualified students.

This scholarship recognizes and celebrates the dedication, talent, and perseverance of student-athletes and performers who exemplify school spirit through their outstanding contributions.

Please note that only two (2) student-athletes and performers will be selected for this scholarship grant.

The application form is available below, or you may go directly to Ms. Kristine Aura C. Daga at the MB Office to request a copy. All accomplished forms must be submitted to the Student Engagement and Support Services (SESS) Office on or before April 24, 2026.

Qualified applicants are given 𝘀𝗶𝘅 (𝟲) 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 (April 15–24, 2026, except April 17 and 20 no face-to-face transactions) 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁𝘀.

Failure to confirm within the specified period will result in the 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁, which will then be offered to waitlisted applicants.

1. Proceed to the Clinic and submit your Medical Certificate and Laboratory Results. Have your checklist of requirements signed by the person in charge.
2. Proceed to the 2nd Floor Lobby of the USSC Building for validation of your documentary requirements.
3. Sign the confirmation form to officially secure your slot.

UPDATE I Southern Leyte State University- Bontoc Campus will hold the Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology Oral Thesis Defense on April 7, 2026, at the Bioresource Production Technology Center Conference Room, with sessions scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

This activity highlights the research outputs of graduating students and their commitment to marine science, innovation, and sustainable resource management.

ANNOUNCEMENT | We welcome our new Campus Director, Prof. Baclayon, with optimism and hope, as SLSU Bontoc begins another chapter of growth and service under your leadership.

This designation will take effect from January 1, 2026, to January 23, 2027, or until revoked. This is through the strength of BOR Resolution No. 57, s. 2018 re Approving the SLSU Guidelines for Designation of Faculty and Staff to Administrative Positions, of which item 6.2 provides that, “for positions without incumbents, a designation may be made for a term of two (2) years. Depending on the performance, a designation may be renewed for another two (2) years but not to exceed four (4) years.”

𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 I ENROLLMENT PROCESS VIA STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

All students are hereby advised that enrollment for the current semester shall be processed online through the Student Information System (SIS). Please be guided by the official enrollment procedure as reflected in the SIS:

STEP 1: Submit Consent (STUDENT ACTION REQUIRED)
Students must submit their consent in the SIS to confirm their intention to enroll for the semester.

Students may optionally include requests or academic concerns in the provided text box (e.g., adding a subject, enrolling a back/behind subject, preferred section, or schedule concerns).

This serves as a heads-up to the department and academic adviser, should there be matters that need to be addressed during subject encoding.

If there are no requests or concerns, students may proceed without entering any additional instructions.

STEP 2: Review / Encode by Department
The department will review and encode subjects and schedules based on the student’s curriculum and academic standing.

Requests or concerns will be addressed only if they are indicated in Step 1.

STEP 3: Free Higher Education (FHE)
Verification of eligibility under the Free Higher Education (FHE) program, if applicable.

STEP 4: Cashier
Assessment and validation of fees (if any) by the Cashier’s Office.

STEP 5: Registrar
Final validation and confirmation of enrollment by the Registrar’s Office.

𝐼𝑚𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑅𝑒𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠:
-Providing additional instructions is optional, but highly encouraged if you have specific academic concerns.
