On December 15, 2025, SLSU-Bontoc students, together with the Faculty and Staff, gathered to celebrate “Pasko sa SLSU-Bontoc 2025.” The event officially began with a warm and inspiring welcome message from Campus Director Dr. Gladys Ludevese-Pascual, which set the festive mood for the celebration.

The program was packed with fun and engaging activities, including raffle draws, trivia games, and energetic performances from different departments, as well as a special presentation by the NSTP-CWTS Choir. The celebration ended with an exciting countdown to the lighting of the Christmas lights, the most anticipated moment of the night. The event fostered unity, joy, and togetherness, reflecting the true essence of Christmas within the SLSU-Bontoc community.

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

On September 17, 2025, the Supreme Student Council conducted a Special Assembly Meeting for all students of Southern Leyte State University - Bontoc Campus. This meaningful gathering focused on the newly revised Campus By-laws and concluded with an open forum, giving students the chance to raise their concerns and insights.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑)

On September 5, 2025 (Day 3), the championship matches of the previous day’s major sports events took place, drawing crowds eager to witness the thrilling battles for victory. The celebration of talent continued with the Visual Arts category, featuring Digital Photography, Short Film Contest, Digital Poster Making, and Infographics, showcasing the creative spirit of the intramurals.

In the evening, the Intramural Games concluded with a memorable awarding ceremony, where winners were honored and the final tally revealed. The Sea Dragons (BS Marine Biology), Terraquatic Eagles (BS Agriculture and BS Fisheries), and Trojan Warriors (BS Information Technology) each celebrated their victories, as the night closed with cheers, applause, and snapshots for every faction, capturing the unity, sportsmanship, and lasting memories of this year’s games.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐)

On September 4, 2025 (Day 2), the Sea Dragons (BS Marine Biology), Terraquatic Eagles (BS Agriculture and BS Fisheries), and Trojan Warriors (BS Information Technology) take center stage as the competition heats up in Baseball, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics (Runs, Jumps, Throws), and E-Sports. The atmosphere across campus is alive with energy, filled with cheers, rivalries, and the unbreakable spirit of camaraderie as athletes give their all to bring honor to their teams.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏)

On September 3, 2025 (Day 1), the Intramural Games 2025 officially kicked off with the theme “One Campus, One Spirit, One Goal at the Campus of All Resorts.”

The event began with the Campus Parade, Welcome Remarks, and the introduction of the factions: Sea Dragons (BS Marine Biology), Terraquatic Eagles (BS Fisheries and BS Agriculture), and Trojan Warriors (BS Information Technology). This was followed by the Rising of Faction Banners, the Lighting of the Torch by the Baseball and Swimming University Team, the Victory Flare Ceremony, Cheer Showdown, Intramural Sports Wear Pageant, and the Mob Dance Showdown.

This celebration not only showcased the creativity, talent, and energy of the students but also strengthened camaraderie and ignited school spirit as the games officially began.

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐏: 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐜 (𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓)

On August 15, 2025, the Southern Leyte State University - Bontoc Campus, together with its students, faculty and staff, celebrated Pista Sa Bontoc, a Filipino fiesta-themed Acquaintance Party. The event was filled with fun and festive activities such as the Pancit and Lumpia Party, Folk Dance, Bayle sa Buwan, Balitaw, Kuratsa, and a Dance Showdown. It was a colorful night of culture, camaraderie, and celebration that brought the whole campus community together.
