MPSU University Health Services and Happiness Center personnel as MEDICAL SUPPORT during the MPSU 2026 Commencement Exercises.

Transmission occurs when specific body fluids (semen, va**nal fluids, re**al fluids, or blood) from an HIV-positive person with a detectable viral load enter the bloodstream of an HIV-negative person. This can happen through mucous membranes (the delicate lining of the va**na, re**um, or mouth) or tiny tears in the skin.
