𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗣𝗠𝗔𝗣 – 𝗝𝗜𝗟𝗖𝗙 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Recently, the JPMAP-JILCF Chapter finally wrapped up its General Assembly for New Members. After a month-long delay due to class suspensions and unfavorable weather conditions, the organization officially welcomed a new group of members into its growing community.

“JPMAP is more than an organization—it is a training ground for future business professionals. And that includes you, our members,” our adviser, Mr. Eric M. Bautista, highlighted.

More than just a student organization, JPMAP-JILCF Chapter is a community where members can support one another, develop their skills, and grow into future business leaders with both competence and character.

“It is an opportunity to connect with fellow students, learn new things, and become more involved in the organization itself. It is also a chance to build friendships, share ideas, and grow both personally and professionally as a student, especially as a business major,” said Nashly Ricamata, a second-year BSBA FM student.

Similarly, Jonathan Bernardino, a first-year BSBA BE student, emphasized that the General Assembly provides members with clarifications, insights, and additional information about the organization.

Along with welcoming our new members, the General Assembly also introduced the foundation of the organization and the reason behind its existence within our Sintang Paaralan.

“People Management is for everyone,” JPMAP-JILCF Chapter Adviser Eric M. Bautista added.

Although JPMAP is primarily aligned with Human Resource Management students, people management extends beyond a single specialization. Regardless of their field, every business professional will work with, communicate with, collaborate with, or lead people. And that is the essence of being part of the JPMAP-JILCF Chapter community.

The accomplishment and financial reports from the previous year’s activities were also presented during the assembly. Members were also given a glimpse of the organization’s upcoming activities for this school year through a special trailer, building excitement as JPMAP begins another chapter.

“Team-building activities or bonding with each other like a family. I’m not just excited about fulfilling each member’s responsibilities for every event, but also about building connections and bonds like a family,” shared Lea Mae Layson, a first-year BSBA MM student.

Moreover, several JPMAPers expressed their excitement to participate in outreach programs and seminars, which they believe can provide practical knowledge and opportunities for improvement that they can apply not only to their studies but also to their future careers.

The JPMAP General Assembly for New Members officially marks the beginning of the organization’s activities for this school year—a new chapter filled with opportunities to learn, connect, grow, and build a stronger community of future business professionals.

Better late than never! Our JPMAP General Assembly for New Members, held last Friday, September 11, officially wrapped up a month-long wait and marked the beginning of our journey together this A.Y. 2026–2027

And this is just the start! Get ready for more activities, more learning, and more memories with JPMAP.
