DYCI HRMDO joyfully engaged with fellow HR Practitioners in Mapping out the Employee Experience Journey: An HR Strategic Planning Guide, for the first face-to-face E-Knowledge Summit, through the HR Calabarzon Group, Inc.

The engagement aimed to inspire and empower the HR Profession as shapers of more resilient workforce, and of the future!

Indeed a great opportunity to learn, and benchmark best practices from Industry leaders, who are generous in sharing their experiences in mapping out "intentional" HR Initiatives.

The start of classes for A.Y. 2023-2024 for ALL LEVELS (Preschool to College) is on August 22, 2023.

Ongoing enrollment for all levels (Pressschool to College) from Mondays to Fridays, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, and Saturdays, 08:00 am to 12:00 nn.

As per the directives of our Gov. Daniel Fernando, that all offices and schools’ operations are suspended today, we shall be moving the resumption of our enrollment to tomorrow, August 1,2023, Tuesday.

One Day Recollection for the General Services Team

02 February 2023 ---- sa munting paraan ng ating paaralan, ay inihandog natin ang isang programa para sa ating mga kawani na tumitiyak sa kalinisan at kaayusan ng ating mga silid-aralan, opisina at ng buong paaralan. Sila na matatawag nating mga Lingkod sa Likod.

Mula sa inyong pamilya sa DYCI, maraming-maraming salamat aming mga Kuya at Ate sa pagtataguyod ng mahusay na paglilingkod sa ating mga mag-aaral, g**o at pamayanan.

DYCI joins the 681st General Membership Meeting and Annual Induction Rite of the People Management Association of the Philippines last 25 January 2023 at Dusit Thani Manila.

The PMAP Bulacan delegation are 2023 President Ms. Rowena Grey Santos, and PMAP Bulacan Secretary Mr. Bon Doblar, gladly joined by PMAP Bulacan Past Presidents Mr. Manuel Sy Peng Jr. and Mr. Arnie Badong.

The event was graced with special messages from Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Bievenido Laguesma, for the launching of TOWER Awards, Mr. Richard Tantoco of Energy Development Corporation and Dr. Dave Hall from the USAID Opportunity 2.0

HRMD joins Philippine HR Expo and Symposium 2022

Last November 23-24, the HRMD Team joined hundreds of HR Executives, Leaders, and Professionals for the Philippine HR Expo, held at Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas, Pasig City.

The two-day National Conference with the theme Empowering HR Globally, serves as avenue for HR Practitioners to network and benchmark innovative practices from different organizations and industries.

The HRMD Director, Dir. Bon Doblar, was also given an opportunity to be a guest speaker for the event, where he shared about Strategic and Collaborative HR towards Value-Driven Workplace Innovation.
