On June 06, 2026 at the 𝑪𝑺𝑾𝑫 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 – 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏’𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓, selected 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 officers of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig together with Rotaract members from ASCB and fellow LYDC youth leaders took part in the “𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒆: 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔, 𝑴𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒖𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔,” a session focused on parliamentary law, order of business, and the roles that shape effective assemblies. ⚖️📋

Beyond the discussion, the experience reinforced what good governance truly means: active participation, disciplined dialogue, and purposeful decision-making. 🗣️✒️

The 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig, together with selected Rotaractors (from ASCB) and fellow youth leaders, proudly participated in the 𝑯𝑰𝑽/𝑨𝑰𝑫𝑺 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 and 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 held on May 18, 2026 at 𝑯𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒍 𝑳𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆.

Beyond the lectures and discussions, the 𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒍𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒚 reminded us that awareness begins with understanding, acceptance, and the courage to end stigma. As every candle surrounded the 𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒃𝒐𝒏 🎀✨, we stood not only as representatives, but as advocates for education, empathy, and hope.

One conversation can educate. One action can protect. One community can make a difference. ❤️🎗️

The future is not given to the youth, it is written by them in every voice that dares to speak.

On April 17, 2026, the 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑮𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig, as a member of the 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 (𝑳𝒀𝑫𝑪), joined fellow youth leaders, school representatives, and various organizations in the formulation of the 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 𝑳𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒏 (𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟗)💡📃 at the 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒔𝒐𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑯𝒂𝒍𝒍.

Through a collaborative session led by the Local Youth Development Office and 𝑺𝑲 𝑭𝒆𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, each group shared insights, proposals, and actionable plans through guided templates, transforming ideas into a unified roadmap for the youth and the city. 👫🏻🏙️

This reminds us that the future shifts when youth voices move from the margins into the making of it. Progress indeed begins 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕. 📜🌟

EXERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNMENT OF ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG HELD AT ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG ON 12TH OF JANUARY, 2026.

RESOLUTION NO. 2526 – 03
SERIES OF 2026
“RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING CONTRIBUTION FOR THE LEADERSHIP TRAINING SEMINAR AND TEAM BUILDING FOR ALL ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, AND DEPARTMENT OFFICERS OF ANDRES SORIANO COLLEGES OF BISLIG.”

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government recognizes the importance of leadership development, teamwork, and character formation among student and department officers of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig; and
WHEREAS, the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building is designed to strengthen leadership competencies, promote unity, and enhance collaboration among Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, and Department Officers; and
WHEREAS, the conduct of this activity is essential in preparing officers to effectively perform their duties and responsibilities within their respective organizations and departments; and
WHEREAS, it has been proposed and agreed upon by the members of the organization that participation in the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building shall be compulsory for all officers concerned;
Therefore, be it resolved:
1. Attendance at the Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building is mandatory for all Junior High School, Senior High School, and Department Officers of Andres Soriano Colleges of Bislig.
2. The Leadership Training Seminar and Team Building shall be held on February 8, 2026, at Bislig Hotspring Resort.
3. The required contribution for each participant shall be Four Hundred Pesos (₱400.00), which shall be used to cover expenses related to the activity.

4. The collection of contributions shall commence immediately and shall be completed on or before January 31, 2026, in accordance with the financial guidelines set forth by the organization.
5. The collected funds shall be handled by the designated SSG Treasurer and Finance Committee, who shall ensure transparency and proper documentation of all contributions.
6. The administration and concerned student leaders shall facilitate the registration and coordination of all participants to ensure full attendance and participation.
7. This resolution shall be communicated to all student leaders, department heads, and relevant administrative personnel for immediate implementation.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to pass the resolution and be forwarded to the Office of the Student Affairs and Services Head Director, Mr. Darioz B. Lucero, MA, for approval;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution and be forwarded to all Academic Department Officers for reference and guidance.
