Accomplishing the small things is the first step in achieving greatness - moving up shows you're well on your way.
A heartfelt thanks for this Moving-Up and Recognition Rites Guest of Honor and Speaker, Board Member of the Second District of Pangasinan, Hon. Atty. Haidee S. Pacheco. The message you've shared through your very able Chief of Staff, Sir Mac Saigan truly inspires and enlightens our young dreamers. Your encouragement shared will always be in our hearts and the dedication you carry on within you motivates everyone to ponder on every decision being made.
