Starting September 24, 2026, the ULC will adopt the regular library hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This temporary schedule will be observed until the proposed 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule is approved.

Last September 1-4, the VSU University Learning Commons conducted the first batch of its Library Instruction for Academic Year 2026-2027, welcoming freshman students and transferees as part of their Purposive Communication course!

The session covered the library's services and facilities, along with the do's and don'ts that every Viscan should keep in mind when using the ULC.

To cap things off, students joined a fun activity, and our winners went home with exciting prizes! 🎉🏆

The VSU Gender and Development Office has turned over a copy of From HerStory and Beyond: Five Decades of the Philippine Commission on Women, published by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), now available for display at the GAD Corner of the University Learning Commons!

This coffee table book traces 50 years of the PCW's journey (formerly the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women) in advancing gender equality across the country, a story of history, of herstory, and of the nation as a whole.
