Just minding my own business — it’s quiet and I realize that I am just enough.

Bigla nalang na wala na tayong pakialam sa sasabihin ng iba. We don’t care who stays with us, who talks, who message us back, kung sino man may gusto sa atin or kung sino man ang ayaw. Kung sino man ang mag iinvite or who vibes with me,kontento na ako doon. Yoko na pumeke ng pakisama. The less I care, the more peace of mind basta masaya ako.

Unahin ko rin sarili ko, yung wala akong pinoproblemang problema nila. 💯

Dami nating mga bagay na gusto minsan sabihin pero mas pinipili natin manahimik. We go through our own ghosting phase. Just all of a sudden we don’t have the energy to interact l —nauubos nalang bigla social batteries.

Sometimes, life situations need to be “silent on purpose”. When everything feels so heavy, give space if you need it. If it’s the way to have your peace and regain your energy, do it for yourself until you’re full again.😇❤️

Separate your emotions from your behavior.

Lahat naman ng emotions natin towards a certain things or situations are valid. And we highly appreciate na navavalidate palagi yung emotions natin towards it. Pero minsan dahil doon di na natin naiisip na sobra na pala yung behavioral response natin as a result. We should always be accountable and in control sa ipinapakita natin.

Being angry at times is valid pero how you react to it, kailangan alam ang limits mo. Being sad pero dapat di mo pa rin pabayaan sarili mo. Being happy pero dapat di tayo sumobra na makaapak ng iba. Lahat tayo may mga pinagdadaanan and di sana tayo ang maging rason para mawalan ng motivation ang ibang tao.
