​We diagnosed this Mitsubishi Lancer struggling with rough idling and hesitation. The culprit? A set of clogged and stuck fuel injectors.

​On a high-revving 4G63 DOHC Turbo, fuel isn't just power—it's protection. A clogged injector causes lean spikes, which is the fastest way to melt a piston under boost.

This project involved:

✅ ️Engine Bay Wiring: Cleaned up and reorganized for better reliability and easier maintenance.

✅️ Interior Wiring: Checked, repaired, and rerouted for improved safety and functionality.

✅️ Connections & Grounds: Ensured all terminals are corrosion-free and properly secured.

✅️ Harness Protection: Added fresh insulation and protective sleeves for long-term durability.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic cleanup, this was a deep dive into reliability and performance. 🙂

The goal? A cleaner, safer, and more efficient electrical system to match the performance of the 4G63T. 💪

🔧 Lancer Fuel System Overhaul! 🚗💨

Pulled out this rusted fuel tank and a stuck-up fuel pump from a Lancer — years of corrosion and neglect finally caught up. 😬 Fuel flow was compromised, and the engine was struggling to breathe.

✅ Solution?
Replaced with a fresh fuel tank and installed a brand new Walbro 255 LPH high-performance fuel pump! 💪
Now it’s ready for smoother drives and future mods!
