Kumbaga sobrang ganda kung sa mga subdivision ka kukuha ng property kase Easy Access talaga lahat kaya akala ko talaga sobrang Mahal.
Hanggang sa may nakilala akong Real Estate Agent o Property Consultant at naglakas loob na akong magtanong tungkol nga sa Rent to Own.
It turns out na sobrang konti lang pala ng idadagdag mo compared sa gastos mo sa hindi naman rent to own!
Yung tipong kahit hindi ganon kalakihan ang sweldo ay kakayanin pala kumuha ng Rent to Own๐ฃ
As in meron palang sobrang baba lang ng monthly kahit sa magandang subdivision pa!!!
Tapos ang kagandahan pala sa Rent to Own. Kapag natapos mo yung Hulog mo sa loob ng ilang taon eh Sayong sayo na yung Bahay at Lupa kasi may Kontrata naman!!!
Tapos ikaw pa ang pipilu kung ilang years mo gusto hulugan pwede 5years to 20years๐ฃ
Hindi na masama!
Kasi ganun din naman, kaya nga tayo nagrerenta sa inuupahan natin ngayon kasi wala tayong permanenteng tahanan sa location na gusto natin. Tapos ang ending eh Inaabot na din tayo ng Ilang taon sa inuupahan natin Kaya hindi na halos problema kahit 20yrs pa yan hulugan!
Dun ko narealized na hindi naman pala problema ang pera para matupad yung pangarap natin na Sariling Bahay at Lupa๐ฃ
Ang problema lang pala ay Dahil lang nahihiya tayong magtanong doon sa mga tunay na may alam.
Natatakot tayo na baka hindi natin kaya pero ang totoo marami naman na tayong nalagpasan na problema na halos pare-pareho lang din naman pero lahat naman nasolusyunan natin at nalagpasan. inuuna lang talaga natin ang pag iisip ng kung anu-anong Takot na tayo lang din naman ang gumagawa sa isip natin.
