Absent nga ako sa nco, nag undertime ako friday kasi di kuna talaga kaya eh, nahihilo ako. Nag duty ako ngayon eh akal ko lunes na Sunday pa pala. Ayon sa Doktor, humina ang immune system ko dahil sa stress at kakakain ng lots of sugar food like icecream. Kain kasi ako ng kain ng icecream kahit umuulan pawala ng streess. Kaya ito, boom! Tinamaan ng trangkaso, kaya nagkakaroon ng matinting lagnat, ubo at sakit ng ulo kasi palatandaan ito ng body defense mechanism. Kaya napasukan ng inpeksyon kasi humina ang immune system ko dahil sa strees at too much sugar na galing sa icecream. Kaya guys, ingat sa stress at icecream!!
