At kung mumurahin ang materyales, abaโy hindi rin ganun kaganda ang resulta.
Ganun lang kasimple โyan you get what you pay for.
Marami kasing gusto ng โmura pero maganda,โ pero sa construction, service, o kahit anong negosyo quality has a price.
Hindi mo pwedeng asahan ang matibay na bahay kung puro tipid sa semento, o maayos na trabaho kung laging minamadali at pinipiga ang budget.
Kaya kung client ka, tandaan mo: hindi lahat ng mura, panalo.
At kung contractor ka naman, huwag kang matakot maningil ng tama kasi hindi lang trabaho ang binabayaran, kundi oras, expertise, at peace of mind.
