We will require a security deposit upon your reservation. It will be returned to you after we inspect the property.

Full payment, along with the security deposit, is required before you enter the property.

We do not sell food so we do not charge corkage for food but, we do sell beer and corkage is required if you wish to not buy beer here and bring your own.... Also, it is your responsibility to get your beer cold if you bring your own beer... No swapping your warm beer with my cold beer. The corkage fee is 120 for 1 case of 1L and 160 per 1 case of 333ml.

Leave your drones at home.... Absolutely not allowed here with your rental... Permission is only given in advance for some events such as weddings or promotions of our property.

If you message us on messenger and we do not reply its because you are not available on messenger and we can not reply to you.... Automated responses will still work.... You have to adjust your settings, reactivate your account, or unblock us and possibly all business accounts.... Sometimes we can respond thru facebook but that is even limited.... Call us or use somebody elses messenger to contact us.

Food: We dont sell food po... Bring your own food to grill, or cook your food here on a gas stove for a small fee, or you can order from a local restaurant po... no corkage fees
